Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information.
- Ensure safe access to the property.
- Secure all pets before service arrival.
- Unlock gates or provide proper access instructions if required.
- Notify us of any hazards, aggressive pets, or unsafe conditions.
If technicians are unable to safely access the property, service may be skipped and charges may still apply.
4Gate & Pet Safety
While we take reasonable precautions during service visits, customers are responsible for ensuring pets remain safely secured before and during service appointments.
Dooty Duty LLC is not responsible for pets escaping due to faulty gates, damaged fencing, broken latches, or inaccurate gate instructions provided by the customer.
5Turf Cleaning & Deodorizing Disclaimer
Our deodorizing and turf cleaning services are designed to help reduce odors and improve cleanliness.
However:
- Results may vary based on weather, turf condition, urine saturation, drainage issues, and maintenance history.
- No deodorizing treatment guarantees complete odor elimination.
- Some odors may require recurring treatments or turf replacement.
- Our services are intended to improve cleanliness and odor conditions but do not sanitize or sterilize surfaces.
6Scheduling, Billing & Recurring Services
Recurring service plans automatically renew until canceled. Customers are responsible for keeping payment information current and valid. Missed or failed payments may result in paused, rescheduled, or canceled services. Pricing may be adjusted with prior notice.
Payment Authorization
By scheduling, requesting, or continuing service with Dooty Duty LLC, the customer authorizes the Company to charge the payment method on file for scheduled services, recurring service plans, service add-ons, applicable fees, and approved charges.
Recurring Service Billing
Recurring pet waste removal, turf maintenance, deodorizing, and other recurring services are billed in advance of service. Charges may be processed at the beginning of the billing cycle, prior to the scheduled service date, or at any time before the scheduled service is performed.
Customers acknowledge that payment is collected to reserve route space, staffing, equipment, and service availability.
One-Time Service Billing
One-time cleanups, turf cleanings, deodorizing services, and other non-recurring services may be charged at the time of booking or prior to the scheduled service date to reserve the appointment. Appointments are not guaranteed until payment arrangements have been made and approved by the Company.
Prepaid Services
Payment collected before service does not guarantee a specific arrival time and does not alter the Company’s scheduling procedures. Service dates may be adjusted due to weather, route optimization, staffing, safety concerns, or other operational needs.
By subscribing to recurring services, customers acknowledge they are purchasing a reserved monthly service plan, not individual visits.
Service Day Changes
Customers may request one (1) change to their regularly scheduled service day at no additional charge. After the first service day change, each additional requested change will be subject to a $20 convenience fee.
Dooty Duty LLC organizes service routes by location to maintain efficient scheduling and minimize unnecessary travel time. Changes to a customer’s regular service day may require route adjustments, additional travel, and scheduling accommodations. The $20 convenience fee helps offset the additional time and operational costs associated with these changes.
All service day change requests are subject to route availability and are not guaranteed. Dooty Duty LLC reserves the right to approve or decline any requested service day change based on route capacity, location, staffing, and scheduling availability.
7Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel recurring services at any time by providing notice to Dooty Duty LLC.
Cancellation requests must be received before the next billing date to prevent the upcoming billing cycle from being charged.
If a cancellation request is received after a billing cycle has already been processed, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing period. The customer will not be charged for future billing cycles after the cancellation becomes effective.
Monthly subscription services are reserved based on route scheduling, staffing, equipment, and service availability. Because of this, cancellations during an active billing period do not qualify for prorated refunds, credits, or adjustments for unused days or unused visits unless approved by Dooty Duty LLC.
8Missed Visits & Access Issues
Customers are responsible for ensuring technicians have safe and accessible entry to the service area during scheduled visits.
If service cannot be completed due to locked gates, blocked access, aggressive pets, unsafe conditions, or inaccurate instructions, the visit may still count as a completed service visit.
9Weather & Service Delays
Service schedules may occasionally be adjusted due to:
- Weather
- Holidays
- Unsafe conditions
- Equipment issues
- Staffing limitations
Severe weather conditions may delay or reschedule services. Light rain or normal weather conditions may not prevent scheduled visits.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of schedule changes.
10Hazardous Conditions
Technicians reserve the right to refuse or stop service if hazardous materials, biohazards, infestations, dangerous animals, or unsafe environmental conditions are present on the property.
11Waste Disposal
Unless otherwise agreed upon, collected pet waste will be securely bagged and placed in the customer’s designated trash bin onsite.
Haul-away services may be offered separately when available.
12Photos & Service Documentation
By using our services, you acknowledge that technicians may take service-related photos for:
- Gate verification
- Service completion documentation
- Quality control
- Internal training and support
We will never intentionally share personal or sensitive customer information publicly without permission.
13Property Damage Limitation
Dooty Duty LLC is not responsible for pre-existing property damage, hidden underground systems, irrigation lines, loose gates, damaged fencing, improperly installed artificial turf, or hidden objects within the yard or service area.
14User Responsibilities
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
15Data & Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to our Privacy Policy.
16Refund Policy
Dooty Duty LLC does not provide refunds for completed services, active billing periods, unused visits, unused days, or partially used monthly subscription periods.
Recurring services are billed as flat-rate monthly subscriptions and are not calculated based on the number of individual visits completed during the billing cycle.
Once a recurring service payment has been processed, the payment covers the customer’s reserved service period and route availability. If a customer cancels after a billing cycle has begun, the subscription will remain active through the end of the paid billing period and no prorated refund will be issued.
Prepaid services and one-time appointments are non-refundable once payment has been processed and/or the appointment has been reserved.
Exceptions may be considered only at the sole discretion of Dooty Duty LLC in cases of documented service failure or other circumstances approved by the Company.
17Limitation of Liability
Dooty Duty LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, communications, or SMS messaging programs.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable service.
18Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Dooty Duty LLC regarding any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
The Company reserves the right to provide invoices, service records, photographs, communication logs, payment authorizations, and these Terms & Conditions in response to any payment dispute or chargeback claim.
19Force Majeure
Dooty Duty LLC is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, power outages, labor shortages, government actions, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
20Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Dooty Duty LLC and supersede any prior verbal or written agreements, representations, or understandings regarding the services provided.
21Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
22Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
